Cancellation/refund policy
You can cancel your website subscription at any time
All Flawless Website Design maintenance plans are monthly subscription-based plans. That means that you will be billed every month until you decide that you no longer want the subscription. There are no long-term contracts/term-length commitments on your behalf. You simply pay on a month-to-month basis. If you do decide to cancel, you may be billed for the current month but you will not be billed again.
Your monthly subscription is pre-paid for the month following the payment. For example, if you make your payment on January 1st but you cancel your subscription on January 2nd, your subscription will actually expire on February 1st. Even though you have canceled your account, your account will remain active until February 1st. Subscription products are billed on the same day every month. As months have different lengths, you’ll be billed on the 28th of every month if you purchased after the 28th.
If we are managing your website’s domain, hosting, and SSL certificate and you decide to cancel, it will be your responsibility to cover all future expenses related to your website. We will transfer ownership of your domain and hosting server to a server of your choice if necessary.
If we are hosting your website and you decide to cancel your subscription, your website will be placed into “Maintenance mode” where your website will not be accessible by the public. To restore your website, you must resubscribe to a subscription plan or you have the option to pay a white-label fee of $1,000 to keep all custom designs, premium themes, and premium plugins, as well as transfer your website to the hosting company of your choice.
In the event that we have a premium theme and/or premium plugins installed on your website which we are paying for you to use and you decide to cancel your website with us, any premium add-on will be removed from the website unless stated in the initial agreement. You may contact us at any time to find out which premium features are loaded on your website and which you would keep or lose in the event of cancellation.
If you only hired us for design, no maintenance
Your website will continue to function with all of the necessary tools that we have installed for you. Any premium plugins installed on your website will be your responsibility to be renewed. We will inform you of any additional charges outside of our own. You must already be paying for your own hosting plan outside of our services.
Refund Policy
We have a strict no-refunds policy. We have had 100% customer satisfaction and our goal is to maintain a superb reputation. We ensure that all of the right criteria is met for you and ourselves when we put together our proposals. Our process provides you with the exact detail of the scope of the work that we do so that you know exactly what we’ll be doing and how long everything will take us. We are confident in our capabilities. We do not take on projects that we cannot complete in the time we say that we can complete them.
Changes
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without any prior notice to you.
